Summary
Riparian Topography Tools were developed to generate predictive surfaces for plant species distribution modeling using high resolution DEM data. The surfaces include a Height Above River (HAR) surface and flood height surface (which is derived from HAR). You will need Spatial Analyst to run all of these tools. I believe that any ArcGIS license level should work. You may need to change the toolbox path in the Delete1 python script from C:/Program Files (x86)/ArcGIS/ArcToolbox/Toolboxes/Data Management Tools.tbx to C:/Program Files/ArcGIS/ArcToolbox/Toolboxes/Data Management Tools.tbx if you are running a 32 bit windows operating system.
