Summary
You MUST completely read and follow the README.pdf in the Doc directory before using these tools. This toolbox contains script tools that cluster point features based on their relative proximity and/or attribute values. The analytical methods are done in R (The R Project for Statistical Computing). The integration methods could be considered the most important part of this package. Again, you must follow the guidelines in the README.pdf file.
