Summary
The msi file will install the Geotagging dll and accompanying nmf file. The files will install to C:\Program Files\ESRI\GeoTagger. Double clicking the nmf will launch ArcGIS Explorer and load the dll.
The task allows you to select an image or images. Select a point on the globe by clicking the TrackPoint button. Move through your selection of images, and hit the GeoTag button to tag the image. Use the Batch GeoTag checkbox to tag all your selected images, use the All Images check box to tag all images within the directory of your last selected image. Click the Create Result button to create an ArcGIS Explorer result containing your image. Double clicking the result will display the popup window for the result with your image displayed. Sharing these result and have them work will require the image to be placed at a network location available to other users.

Please let me know if you find any bugs or have any general feedback.
