Summary
This ArcGIS Explorer task creates map notes which automatically open a view of Microsoft Virtual Earth for the coordinates of that map note. This is useful for adding detail to any NMF document, and the results can be emailed or included in your NMF for easy sharing. This was written to be way to include oblique/BirdsEyeView photographs of important locations, without having to create hyperlinks of digital pictures stored locally, which complicates sharing your NMF document with others. The task takes advantage of the capabilities of Explorer's popup content and generates dynamic javascript for each map note, which then calls the Microsoft VE API for the location of the map note. This task was built using the TrackShapesCS sample included in the ArcGIS Explorer SDK.
*Requires ArcGIS Explorer Build 480
