Summary
MXDPERFSTAT (ArcGIS 94Beta2/93/92) can help diagnosing typical MXD performance problems, e.g.
• Inefficient scale dependency
• Slow symbology
• Large features
• Projection on the fly
• Potential database tuning

mxdperfstat is an ArcEngine command line tool.
Usage:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
mxdperfstat -mxd [-scale scale1;scale2;...] [-xy ] -width -height

System Requirements:
1. Microsoft .Net Framework
2. ESRI .NET Assembly 92, 9.3 or 9.3.1
a. ArcGIS Desktop with .Net support or
b. ESRI Engine Runtime
3. ESRI license:
a. ArcGIS Engine runtime or
b. ArcGIS Desktop

Known issues:
1. Does not support WMS Service layers
2. Does not support Image Server layers
