Summary
The encryption shape file viewer is a tool that contains 2 parts:
The first part encrypts all of the shape files you have with a password, the second part show these shape files in a viewer which allow you to do most of the GIS operations (Zoom in, Zoom out, Measures, ...etc). no one will be able to use your shape files in any GIS packages.
