Summary
This tool allows a user to make color adjustments to entire map layers at one stroke, in the Hue-Saturation-Lightness (HSL) color space. These adjustments can be seen immediately on-screen (in Preview mode). The tool is similar to the Hue/Saturation tool inside Adobe Photoshop.

Similar tools for the RGB and CMYK color spaces are also available.

Tested in ArcGIS 8.1 - 9.2.
