Summary
This is a 3D surface builder from ArcView 2D polyline or point shape file. It uses the OpenGl environment, so you need a good video OpenGl accelerator.
From File menu open the shape file and in the list box double click on the field which contains the elevation values. Be patient to view the surface in the OpenGl frame. Before you choose the elevation field you can set the vertical scale and the model type: 3D surface by triangle or line.
